Exchanges are only applicable if an item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged at the time of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable, except in cases of incorrect delivery.
Exchange Timeline

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Shipping Charges

All courier and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
